Glacier Spring Water is obtained from underground springs in the lush green highlands of Tigoni, Limuru District. Limuru area has the unique distinction of having underground water sources that have fresh and moderately mineralized water. The water is naturally pure and free from external chemicals Glacier is processed in a 10-stage purification including ultrafiltration, R0, Ozone. It is passed through electromagnetic radiation (UV) of 230 nm wavelength, and activated carbon columns for enhanced safety and taste before bottling.
The bottling plant is fully automated to minimize human contamination. The resulting product is one designed to give our customers satisfaction and confidence. Quality assurance is done by competent and qualified staff in microbiology, chemical engineering and Food Science and
Technology. An on-site laboratory ensures every batch of Glacier Spring Water is tested for quality.
The plant has the Diamond Mark Certification which is reserved for products of Exceptional Quality.
